Actually, The doctor just called me to explain that the polyp was cancerous, but a very low grade cancer. It’s gone and there’s nothing more that I need to do about it.

However, I have to have follow-ups every three months for a year to make sure there’s nothing new, these are just office visits under a local anesthetic.
