Additiionally, you can have a smart folder that requires multiple tags. For example, I have one that needs both #medium and #ideas and another for #medium and #earnings, another for #hubpages #earnings and #adsense #earnings and so on.

And finally one smart folder just #earnings where I can look at all notes about #earnings
