And the SJC has always weaseled their way into making sure of that.

"In God We Trust" first appeared on our coins in 1864 because a minister suggested it to the Director of The Mint, who immediately put the thought into action. He had no authority to do that, but a cowardly Congress quickly passed legislation to make it all okay.

I HATE hearing "God Bless" at the end of every political speech.

I was in grade school when 'Under God" was shoved into the Pledge. I refused to say it then and I refuse to say it now.
