Yeah, we are aware of it too. This kind of nonsense happens too often. So what is it? Incompetence? I doubt it. Crappy old software that can’t handle the load? That seems more likely.

If so, what are you going to do about it? I realize upgrading software like this is difficult and expensive, but this could lose members.

As much as I detest HubPages and Substack and probably anything else that isn’t Medium, I feel like the infrastructure here is failing. So I ask: what are you going to do about it?
