I still think you should buy an Apple Watch, but if you won't or can't, you will soon be able to do the Apple Fitness+ workouts with just your phone.

Go ahead, be careless! Yes, there is still the deductible, but that’s better than leaving it broken.
I wonder if they did this because they expect the Ultra to get broken more often? Not because it’s more fragile; it plainly is not, but the athletic use is obviously rougher.
For whatever reason, this does make AppleCare+ an even better deal.
