Get rid of your money. In addition to liquid cash, max out your credit cards and also cash out all retirement and life insurance. We want you broke and deep in dept.

This will put you under financial stress by itself, but you can add to your misery by creative spending:

One third should be directed to political parties or candidates that you detest.

One third should purchase food that you do not like and that will spoil quickly.

Finally, the last third should be used to purchase random products that you do not need and are wasteful. For example, one of the purchases could be a pallet of Betamax VCR’s. Be sure to open each box and scratch or otherwise deface individual products so that they cannot easily be resold. Rare coins and stamps are excellent: you can deface the coins with a kitchen knife and a Sharpie will fix up the stamps. Be creative here - mustaches and funny hats are wonderful additions whether drawn or carved.
