Every Mac & Cheese has way too much sodium for us. Amy's used to have a reduced sodium version, but apparently most people didn't like it. It's been impossible to find.

As to organic, I also ask where the water comes from, because all of our water, whether from rain or a reservoir or a treatment plant, contains many, many pollutants.

Even if they used distilled and carbon filtered water (which nobody would do), it's still not "organic". Maybe -- maybe -- better than using pesticides, but I'm sure those get in to some degree anyway.
