Government should be FOR the people, not just the rich people.

Government should be by direct democracy but with a

strong constitution to protect individual rights. While ordinary laws might be passed by a smaller percentage, constitutional changes should require a very high percentage.

Some parts of the constitution should be immutable. For example, something that prevents victimless acts from prohibition and something that delineates preference from need.
