i also use AlDente. I think it’s that it’s ridiculous that Apple does not let us control the battery as it does. I wish there could be an AlDente for IOS.

I use it because an OWC dock allows me to mount drives I need when I’m doing certain work. It provides power, but I don’t want it charging all day.
