I am 72 years old and was a user of computer technology decades before most people even knew it existed. I was a self employed computer consultant for more than 30 years and sat in front of all kinds of screens. I bought the first iPad when it came out and iPhone two years later. I spend and have spent most of every day for decades in front of these devices.
