I can't "try it" because I've been doing that for years. I never called it POP, but those are my steps. It's how I quit smoking, it's how I lost the weight I gained from quitting smoking, it's how I avoid unhealthy food choices, it's how I maintain my exercise routine, it's how my daily chores get done, it's how I have a 570-somerthing day streak on Duolingo!

Of course it is! So the real issue here is treating the things you want to change as important.
