I did an ebook many years ago. I first sold it on my website and made a few thousand dollars there. Then I put it on Kindle and it made a bit more.

To my great surprise, I am still sometimes getting a dribble of money from KDP. It’s a very out of date technical computer book that shouldn’t be selling at all, but once in a while somebody buys it.
