I do like the new design, but what I DO NOT like and was carried over from the old is those lessons that do not allow comments and do not show a translation of what was on the screen - typically these are the ones where something is written in the language your are studying and you have to choose the proper answer in that language.

Duolingo would be better if I couid always get a full translation after answering and could hear the words spoken aloud.

I’d also like a mode where I cannot see foreign words until I choose to see them; that is, everything would be spoken first. Now I try to avoid reading text by covering it with my hand and using my thumb to plat it.
