We have to deal with extremists. Cut off their internet communication - you'll never get it all, but making it harder will cut down on radicalization.

Cut off their banks, just as we have done with other terrorists. Make every action difficult.

The pendulum may swing to far to the left: do the same with them.

Keep extremism buried.
