I have a bug vacuum. Not strong enough to hurt them, but it sucks them in, I close the cap, go outside and shake them out.

That's a pretty big spider (about an inch?) but he would fit in my vacuum.

I read an article about house spiders that said the females stay hidden but the males venture out looking for, duh, the hidden females. I'd feel bad about killing something that just wants to perpetuate his genes.
