I so wish they'd give us stats on Lists. I know that my reads and money increased after I made my lists. I know that a week later I told a friend, she made a List and her reads increased.

But I do not know if that was just coincidence. If Medium would either put Lists into Stats or show lists in the Views by Traffic source, I would have a clue.
