I started to do that this morning but immediately realized that was going to be a lot of work. I'd have to go back through all my articles and make sure they have the tags I'd want for the section. I've been doing that anyway, but it's a lot of work!

A few days back I had added menu pages with a main index pinned to my profile. One of the links points to a sub-menu of my publications,. I realized this morning that if I take the normal publication link and add /archive/2021 to it, that page is very close to what I want.

So, I've done that. I can see from stats that people are using my indexes and from cl;aps and stories that it has resurfaced a few older stories. I think that adding the /archive/2021 links will help while I do the background work to organize everything better as you have done.
