I still set that "just in case" alarm, but I've been waking up naturally for many decades.

… look at less blue light all the time, but I still do. It’s important to give ourselves some grace. I’ll need an alarm as an insurance policy in case I oversleep and miss work, for now. One day, I might not have to, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to do so.
