I think the bonus makes sense. Yes, the giants get the mountainous views, but I bet the aggregate of the moderately successful brings in as much as those at the top.

If I were running it, I'd scale back the algorithm for the big folk and make it so the more you hit metrics, the less money is added. On the low end, I'd scale it the other way so that even the smallest can see some gains.

It's progressive taxation.
