I think they are correct.

So while freedom of speech appears to be one of the foundations of western society, does it, in fact, have a dark side, and is China correct in banning braggadocio limiting mega-wealth, and preventing fake news?
China Just Did Something That Speaks of Wisdom. Or Not.

I think they are correct. There are issues, of course: who decides what crosses the line? But that could be a matter for courts.
