I was one of the many people who upgraded, patched, and invented workarounds to keep systems running.

Unfortunately, I still run into ignorant people who think that it was all blown out of proportion, that nothing bad happened because there was no problem.

That is pointed out as reason to doubt COVID is real, of course.

I probably fixed a few hundred business systems. Every one of them would have broken if they had not had someone’s attention.
