If only laws had to be justified by science. That could never be perfect, because science will lie for its own prejudice sometimes, but at least it would help and would leave the door open for a law to be challenged by better science later.

Right now we have no way to challenge laws. We may see that a law is hurting more than it helps, but all we can hope to do is try to get others to understand that. What if, instead, we could submit evidence that would HAVE to be reviewed for the law to stand?
