If people do change, that will be at least one good outcome we can at least obliquely attribute to that thing in the White House.

This whole mess was avoidable. Given our political gridlock and the high degree of soft corruption that our current politics encourages, probably no administration could have stopped it, but lucky us, we got a jerk who could make it worse and seems hell-bent to continue piling up mistakes.

If he is elected again — were I not an atheist I’d be calling on some power to deny that — I don’t know if we will ever have a free country again, so that will be a change.

Otherwise, no, I see to much bad behavior right now.

There’s always hope, I guess.
