If your business can't afford to pay a living wage, it's not a business, it's a societal leech.

But I don't think money is enough. Yes, a living wage, indexed to inflation. But also a four day, 28 hour week and a minimum six weeks of vacation/sick time should be the very least to expect.

I can hear the yowls of pain from the greedy owners now. Eff 'em.
