I’m retired. I spend a lot of time on Medium, but it’s mostly social time: reading stories, reading and responding to comments.

I spend about 30 minutes to an hour on most of my own stories. Some less, some more. I can do that because I’ve usually already written an outline in my head while exercising. Most of that physical writing time is filling in the outline and polishing, not really composing.
