In a cereal bowl I put a tbsp of Chia seeds , 5 small dried prunes, a quarter cup of frozen blueberries, one sliced Gala apple, one tbsp dried cranberries, one sliced small banana, appx 7 grams of unsalted peanuts, 2 g almonds, 2 g lightly salted pistachios, appx 1 oz of crushed walnuts, and 8 ounces of skim milk.
That is my breakfast every day, enjoyed with a cup of black coffee, 2 cups of plain green tea, and a .25 oz piece of Ghirardelli 86% dark chocolate.
