IOS 17 Shortcuts lets you get Wi-Fi details. I did a script that

GET Wi-Fi network’s NetWork Name

Puts that into AtHome, and then if AtHome has any value, turns Cellular off, otherwise turns it on.

I thought of automating it, but sometimes you connect to some other wi-if and find it’s crappy today, so you don’t want to use it.
