It is a good thing. It helps students (we raise a LOT of money!), it builds community, and it lets homeowners get rid of things for a good cause. It also is a treat for the shoppers: we just want to get rif of everything, so as the day closes, we sell “Whatever you can fit in a bag” for a dollar.
