It's an unwinnable battle. I've seen this at hundreds of companies.

Put in a drip cofffe pot and they'll complain about lack of variety. Put in a Keurig with a vast selection of K-Cups and you are a plastic polluter. Put in an expensive multi-function machine and it's too hard to use.

You need a Starbucks and a MacDonalds in the lunchroom, plus the Keurig and the drip pot and a French Press and make sure to fly in fresh beans daily.

But they will still complain, because the real truth is that the coffee is better at home because it is at home.
