…ack. In fact, according to a response from Medium’s Chief of Staff, those details are not divulged. That makes the starting point for their new Friend of Medium subscription plan quite opaque.

It’s not completely opaque. The very least they could be taking is $1.67 as I explained in a recent article. I suspect what they actually take is $3 from the $5 plan and $7 from the $15 version.
