I've been doing something every day for more than four years. Currently I do 20 - 30 minutes each day - HIIT one day, yoga another, then Core, Strength, then Arms, and finally Legs. On the last day, I do stretching or go for a walk. The few times I was sick, I did gentle stretching - I always do *something*.
