I've walked daily for decades. Aside from the minimum 20 minute brisk walk I do unless the weather makes it completely impossible, I'm the guy that parks at the far end of the lot, the guy who takes the stairs whenever that's possible, and gets off my butt frequently just to walk around the house while I work.
And that's on top of pushups, pullups, and other exercise I do regularly as well.
I accept dying, but why rush it?
