Just like 90% or more of philosophy. Opinion, much of it religious or "spiritual". Utter waste of my time.

If you can explain something with your opinion, it's a theory. Back it up with evidence and experimentation, that's science. Do neither, it's philosophy and its only possible value is if it spurs someone less lazy to do the work to investigate its truth.
