Maybe if your life was ruined through no fault of your own and you see happy people living in luxury and not willing to even look at your despair?

Or maybe if you were not blessed with high intelligence and couldn’t begin to compete in an ever more complicated world?

Or if you had been defeated by a system that you were shut out of because of race, poverty, or sexual identity?

When someone is stripped of everything, including their dignity, maybe they just do not care about keeping the world pretty and sane.
