More places should do that.

We have a food pantry in our community clubhouse. Every time I go to drop something off (which is often), I am sad to see how little has been donated since the last time I was there — if I see what I last left is still there, I know there hasn’t been a pickup.

When I shop for groceries, I always buy something to drop off on my way home. If I buy something in error that we don’t need, I don’t return it, I take it to donate.
