My breakfast is even quicker.

2 - 3 ounces total of unsalted almonds, peanuts, pistachios and crushed walnuts.

2 ounces of frozen wild blueberries

4 dried prunes

One cut up small apple

5 ounces skim milk.

Followed by two tbsp plain hummus and a cup of tea.
