My breakfast is usually a banana, 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, a few almonds, pistachios, peanuts and walnuts, a half serving of Cheerios and 5 oz of skim milk. If I'm still hungry, I add almond butter and blueberry spread on whole wheat.
