My poor wife broke her nose in childhood and she has had nasal problems ever since. Of course it could not be fixed until she was an adult, so she had to suffer with a deformed nose for several years until they did the operation. Since all that, she hates even using a nasal spray.

But she needed COVID-19 testing to be able to visit her uncle at his nursing home. Oh, what a day it was going to that test and then doing it! I really espected her to balk at the last minute, but she hitched up her brave girl pants and stoically took it up the nose.

I was so relieved.
