My wife and I are Boomers who were doing very well until illness forced her out of work. We went from very well to just north of OK. I was finally able to retire at 72 with enough assets to get us to somewhere in our late eighties if inflation doesn’t screw that up and if the Repugnants are defeated.

Tough luck if those things don’t happen or if we live too long.
