Everybody-- family, friends, our children-- raved about Knives Out. Oh, so funny, they said.

I'm glad we waited until it streamed; we wanted to shut it off twenty minutes in. Because everyone had been so insistent, we watched another ten minutes and then shut it off for good.

So funny? Not. So dull and predictable? Yes.

We have ghosted our friends and are thinking about doing the same with our family. We may still speak to the children if they and their spouses apologize.
