My wife and I will celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary this year. We have had our "stale" periods, but the "IN LOVE!" keeps coming back.
We don't "do" anything. It just happens. It will fade again and it will come back again.
Right now we are in a "can't keep our hands off" phase. It's great :)
