Not each time I write. I usually gain about a hundred new followers each month who stay, but most of those are not readers, just too lazy to unfollow. A very small percentage might be Readers. There are many more who quickly leave when they realize I won’t follow back.

I gain 5-6 email subscribers a month who stay and don’t unsubscribe soon after. Most of those read at least some of my posts.
