Not very much. There are publishers here following tens of thousands of people and publicly advocating follow-for-follow. Many, many people do tag-bombing. Other publishers have Discord or Facebook groups where they stress the importance of reading each other’s writing.

Medium knows all this and has done nothing — except laud those publishers!
