On a more serious note:

I click-hold on the “View on Medium” link and choose “Add to Reading List”. That adds it to my Safari Reading List, because Medium’s sucks. I then delete the story from mail.

Throughout the day, I work through the list, oldest to newest. I read what interests me, clap, highlight and comment if the post gives me reason to. Then I swipe to remove it from the list.
