One of the things that has been bothering me more and more is why we let anybody dump *anything* anywhere, water or land or outer space, not absolutely known to be harmless? Haven't we learned that lesson enough effing times by now?

And the same goes for anything manufactured, compounded, grown, spun, whatever: do we *know* that it's safe? Are we sure?

Yes, this would burden businesses. Isn't that better than messing up our whole effing world? Isn't protecting our ecology more important than helping create more billionaires?

Sheesh!
