Or purchase crap they don't need. But so what? When I put grapes, slightly stale unsalted nuts, and cereal out for the birds yesterday, a squirrel got some. I stepped on some as I spread them, so the ants and the microbes in the soil will benefit.

But then the birds will eat the ants and the microbes will die and decompose and plants will grow. The squirrel who loaded up on nuts won't scrounge for as much food tomorrow, so the birds might benefit then.

Money to people spreads out. Maybe some of it goes to China. So what? If China thrives, maybe we won't have a war, economic or otherwisxe.

Money to people always flows up.
