Since Apple Fitness+ arrived, I've been doing HIIT on Wednesday, Yoga Thursday, Core Friday, Strength on Saturday. On Sunday I do very light walking, pushups, pullups, dips. Monday is very light walking and squats, Tuesday is light stretching.
According to my smart scale, I've put on more than a pound of new muscle. That seems suspicious to me as it has only been three weeks.
