Small tech note: Sim cards carried info like contacts a long time back, but nowadays, most phones have nothing but your phone number info and maybe a pin. Apple phones definitely have nothing extra on them.

It's such limited space that you wouldn't get much on it anyway beyond contacts and maybe a very few pictures.
