That actually made my day. My stats show a lot of high 70's and very few below 40. And I was unhappy that I only get above 80 on 1-2 minute stories!

Flow is important. I might think about the flow of a piece for days before I write it and it's rare that I don't rearrange the furniture a few times before publishing.

I really like your summaries method. I often do that before I start baking a story in my head, but doing it after is a great idea.
