That’s how I’ve usually seen it.

In the meantime, there’s a simple solution. Why can’t waiting room TVs be set up with the sound off and closed captions on? I suggest this approach every time the hospital sends me one of those after-visit surveys asking for feedback.

That’s how I’ve usually seen it. The only place that consistently has the sound on is our gym, but since people face all different directions there, I guess that’s fair.
